The Christian Beacon is a monthly newspaper distributed free of charge at San Antonio and Hill Country Christian schools, businesses and churches. We are an independent publication, not owned or operated by or affiliated with any specific denomination or church.

The purpose of The Christian Beacon is to encourage and strengthen San Antonio’s Christian community and to reach nonbelievers with the salvation message. We endeavor to honor God by spreading His Word, presenting the plan of salvation, and offering a resource for news of Christian events and activities in the San Antonio and hill country area. We seek to promote a spirit of unity among Christians of all denominational backgrounds.
